Duxbury - Remodel

Situated on a stunning piece of property in Duxbury, the clients faced a challenge of increasing the square footage to accommodate a growing family with a structure that could not longer meet that demand. The existing log cabin was in need of major structural repair, and did not have structural capabilities to withstand any expansion. The client understood that the existing structure lacked the comfort, and efficiency of a modern home, and demolition would be required to meet there needs. The decision was made to remove that portion of the home and rebuild on the existing footprint.
