In order to attain zoning approvals, the Town required that the ADU be designed to replicate a historic barn on the property that had reached the end of its life. Wild Branch performed all design, and permitting for the project, then served as the general contractor from the foundation to finish. The final product is a highly energy efficient dwelling with modern amenities that pays tribute to the historic barns in the state.
